Return & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange are accepted maximum 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery under the following conditions:

1. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must typically meet these criteria:

• Unworn & unwashed: Items must show no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
• Tags must still be attached, and original packaging should be included.
• Products should be returned in "as new" condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items with custom embroidery, logos, or tailoring.
• Swimwears.
• Clearance sale.
